1.1 Description
Using a modern CNC machine, the polystyrene is precisely cut and pre-shaped, then coated with a lightweight, flexible cement-based coating reinforced with polymer-modified acrylic and fiberglass mesh. The final product has a smooth surface and is ready for installation and painting, with no need for additional plastering.
All moldings (pre-coated foam architectural details) manufactured by Prime Stucco and Moldings are illustrated and described in the Profiles sections as follows:

FLEXOCOAT
Description: FLEXOCOAT is a cement-based plaster with polymer reinforcement.
Application: FLEXOCOAT can be used for coating moldings and sealing joints after installation. It can also serve as an adhesive for installing foam moldings.

Prepare the Surface.
• Both the wall surface and ambient temperature must be 5°C (40°F) or higher.
• The base and molding surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease, paint, oil, or debris.
• The substrate surface should be level, flat, and even, with deviations no greater than 1/8 inch (3 mm) within 4 feet (1.2 m).
• The contractor must report any unsatisfactory substrate conditions to the general contractor for correction before applying materials.

Position the arch at the top of the window and trace its outline (red dashed lines).

Place the side trims along the sides of the window and trace their outlines (blue dashed lines).

Position the keystone at the top of the arch and trace its outline (green dashed lines).

Place the arch on the window, mark the cut lines, and cut the arch into two halves, accounting for the angles at the top sides of the keystone.
